Changes happening to Rooftop Medical Practice Thornleigh starting from Monday 14th June 2021.
CANCELLATION POLICY : There is a cancellation fee for non-attendance of an appointment without notification. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee. The following fees will be charged which is not covered by your insurance company or Medicare:
General Practitioners [GP's]
More than 4 hours - No Fee
Less than 4 hours - $50 (standard appointment)
$80 (long appointment)
More than 48 hours - No Fee
Less than 48 hours - $50
Dietitian, Podiatrist, Physiotherapist
More than 24 hours - No Fee
Less than 24 hours - $40
We are a bulk billing practice and we operate on an appointment basis where walk-ins will also be accommodated in-between appointments. Appointments can be made by calling reception (02 8287 3400) during opening hours or by using our online appointment system. We accept payment via EFTPOS and credit card. We have the Medicare Easyclaim and Medicare Online facility for Medicare rebates.
All patients who hold current Medicare card will be bulk billed for standard consultations. Bulk billing via Medicare online or Medicare Easyclaim.
