Dr. Minoka Jayatileke
Dr Minoka Jayatileke is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She completed her medical degree at the University of Colombo. Early in 2001 she migrated to Australia, where she completed her internship at Westmead Hospital.
She completed her FRACGP training with the GP Logic Central West NSW in 2008.
She has furthered her training in her interests, with qualifications for paediatrics (Diploma of Child Health from University of Sydney),
Since then, she has worked in group practices in Bathurst, Dural, Rouse Hill, Kellyville and Cherrybrook, prior to starting her own practice in Thornleigh - Rooftop Medical Practice.
Minoka enjoys all aspects of general practice including general medicine, women’s health, elderly care and paediatrics.
Dr Priya Weerasinghe MBBS DCH FRACGP FAChAM
Dr Weerasinghe is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She is a Staff Specialist at Justice Health NSW. Her special interests are Paediatric, Women's health including Implanon Insertion/Removal ,Emergency medicine and Addiction medicine.
Dr Pragya Malla MBBS MPH DCH
Dr Malla completed her medical degree from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. She has a Master degree in Public Health from University of Wollongong and a Diploma of Child Health from University of Sydney. She has worked in Australia for more than 10 years mainly in Paediatrics, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine and Orthopaedics. She is currently training in General Practice.
Dr Malla is interested in Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Skin Disorders, Women and Children's health and Musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr Manoshi Weerasinghe
Dr Manoshi Weerasinghe is a Consultant Physician and Geriatrician. She is a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She trained in Geriatric Medicine at the Nepean, Campbelltown and Mona Vale Hospitals in NSW.
Manoshi completed her MBBS with honours at the 140-year-old Faculty of Medicine of the Univeristy of Colombo in Sri Lanka. She trained in Specialist Medicine and then in Endocrinology & Diabetes in Sri Lanka before coming to Australia in 2010 to get further training in Endocrinology. After deciding to continue her medical career in Australia she gained experience in General Medicine and Neurology before training in Geriartic Medicine. In addition to her MBBS and the FRACP, Manoshi is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians of London and has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Colombo.
Dr Weerasinghe has expertise in complex medical conditions including endocrine and neurological disorders, diagnosis and management of dementia, polypharmacy in the elderly, osteoporosis, frailty, falls prevention, peri-operative care, rehabilitation and ortho-geriatrics. She’s happy to provide care in Aged Care facilities when required.
Manoshi takes pride in providing high quality care to her patients and is very approachable and contactable.
Nina Tu - Practice Nurse
Nina graduated from the University of Sydney and has since pursued her interest in general practice nursing. She always aims to deliver quality nursing care and thoroughly enjoys working with patients from all socio-cultural diversities.
Robyn Giddins - Podiatry
Robyn is interested in all aspects of podiatry, and is experienced in treating a range of clinical presentations, from acute conditions including ingrown toenails, musculoskeletal injuries, general nail treatments plus chronic conditions such as diabetes, and fungal nails. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Podiatry at the University of Newcastle.
Robyn has a particular interest in diabetic feet, biomechanical problems and pediatric care. She has a thorough appreciation for biomechanical injuries that may interrupt normal every day functioning with her background in varied forms of dance and representative athletics.
Dilhan Jayamanne - Physiotherapy
Dilhan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003 and has since excelled in the field of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. He further added to his skill-set by attaining a Master of Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia.
Having worked extensively in private practice and gaining exposure to a wide variety of conditions Dilhan prides himself on accurately diagnosing one’s problem and tailoring an individualised treatment approach to achieve their goals.
He predominantly uses a ‘hands-on’ approach to treatment and exercise based therapy in order to resolve the symptoms as well as addressing the cause of the underlying problem.
Megan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She graduated from a Bachelor of Science in 2016, and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Sydney in 2019. Megan has been working as a Personal Trainer for over six years, and also currently works in Corporate Health Promotion.
Megan has a strong interest in Nutrition and Physical Activity. She is passionate about helping clients to improve their health through tailored nutrition advice which aims to bringing about small but impactful lifestyle changes.
Megan is particularly interested in treating conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancers, gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, food intolerances, disordered eating, and overweight and obesity.
